PR1MA is a high-quality housing with lifestyle concepts for the middle-income household in the key urban centers within an integrated community. VETSB successfully secured 4 projects in Perak on Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Environmental Monitoring (EM) throughout the whole project construction for 2 years to minimize the environmental impacts on sensitive receptor areas. The development is located at Kampung Paloh, Falim, Kampar and Meru Raya comprised of 3 high-rise apartment project and 1 double-story terrace project.
